SIL_RetailLoadControlSeedData Batch Fails with Error - startscen.sh: not found (Doc ID 2375653.1)

Symptoms

After installing RI 16.0.1, when running the script SIL_RetailLoadControlSeedData.ksh, it says that cannot find the startscen.sh.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Execute $ ./SIL_RetailLoadControlSeedData.ksh
2. Note the error "./SIL_RetailLoadControlSeedData.ksh[9]: startscen.sh: not found [No such file or directory]".
