Symptoms

On OPPM 15.1 version, Add-On Modules

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading OPPM and P6 to versions 15.x or later, and while using Username-token authentication, Bridge synchronization with P6 that used to take about 2 hours is now taking approx 7 hours.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OPPM Bridge synchronization with P6 should take approximately 2 hours.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Bridge synchronization
