Fails to Start Up Managed Server After Installing Agile Clustered With Error the Server Name <Servername> Specified With -Dweblogic.Name Does Not Exist (Doc ID 2375835.1)

Symptoms

Unable to bring managed server up by running startServerAgileManaged1.sh with below error after configuring Agile clustered environment:

Error

weblogic.management.ManagementException: [Management:141223]The server name agile-Managed1 specified with -Dweblogic.Name does not exist. The configuration includes the following servers {agile-Admin}.
  at weblogic.management.provider.internal.RuntimeAccessImpl.initialize(RuntimeAccessImpl.java:425)
  at weblogic.management.provider.internal.RuntimeAccessService.start(RuntimeAccessService.java:70)
  at weblogic.server.AbstractServerService.postConstruct(AbstractServerService.java:78)

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Agile server in clustered mode
2. Start Admin server
3. Start Managed server
