Duplicate Record Number Created When Generating a New Issue Record (Doc ID 2376569.1)

Symptoms

When adding records into Unifier through csv file import or using Unifier web services it was noticed that duplicate record numbers are created. 

If the users are manually creating new records in the Business Process (BP), record numbers that had already been created via the import will be used.
