When Adding or Navigating Cost Zones Using RMS Screens the "ADF_FACES-60097" and "ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" Errors Occur (Doc ID 2376729.1)

While trying to create a new Cost Zone from RMS screen, when adding a location and press "Save and Close" button a pop up appears stating the missing locations.
After going through the process of adding all the missing locations to the cost zone, the following errors occur:

Also the added Cost Zone(s) are not saved.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Go to Foundation data / Locations / Cost Zones
  2. Create a new Cost Zone
  3. The errors occur when either you navigate trough Cost Zone Groups, Cost Zones, Cost Zone Locations or try to add Cost Zones or Cost Zones Locations.
    In this case the errors occurred after adding all missing locations to a cost zone.
    No other task can be done after these errors occur and the created data is not saved. The user have to sign off and sign on again.
