Symptoms

Actual Behavior
On 9.3.6 RUP applied instance, when attempting to access Agile Web Client page, the following error message appears on the window. Managed server start script startServerAgileManagedX 
does not start the managed server.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Admin server
2. Start Managed server using start script : startServerAgileManagedX
