BCD Connection Failure Causing NULL Dialog Errors. (Doc ID 2377106.1)

On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller(OC3C) Applications,  6.0.1 version,

Something has caused a connection problem between BRM Charging Driver(BCD) and one of its Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) endpoints. This causes the brmBeClient to get into a spin, and logging millions of below errors to the syslog and its log file:


Here the billing client had to be restarted to address this issue.  Leading up to the error, there were no other messages - just this error.
