Symptoms
MDM SP Sync overwrites SP Source Status to Disconnected
The MDM Service Point Ongoing Sync defaults the SP Source Status to "Disconnected" despite the MDM SP Source status being Connected. When using CCB/MDM/SOM, MDM/SOM is the system for record for SP Source Status - a sync should not overwrite it.
Steps: 1. Create an Premise/SP in CCB, and sync it to MDM. MDM's SP Source Status will show Disconnected (since it is a new SP) 2. Update the MDM SP Source Status to "Connected" using the UI (this mimics SOM Field Work Completion) 3. Update the Premise/SP Address in CCB. An Ongoing SP sync updates the SP address in MDM, but overrides the SP Source Status to Disconnected.
