Profile Type List Of Values (LOV) is Disabled in Expense Screen and is Enabled After Refreshing the Screen

Symptoms

Profile type LOV is disabled in Expense screen and is enabled after refreshing the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into RMS application.
  2. Go to Foundation --> Expense --> Country Expense Profile.
  3. Profile type LOV is set to country and is disabled.
  4. When user clicks on Refresh, the Profile type LOV is enabled.
