Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Scorecards are not available in the menu. The users cannot access them even if they previously had access to them.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should continue to have access to scorecards.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to OPPM
  2. Select portfolio with scorecards
  3. Select scorecard
  4. Scorecard does not display when selected
