Call Details and Customer Comments Not Populated in Event Work Agenda Print/Email Report for Completed/Cancel/Incomplete events
The report for the Completed/Cancel/Incomplete/In Progress event in Work Agenda doesn't have the details on the call. It does however display for a New event.
1. Select a Completed/Cancel/Incomplete event in Work Agenda
2. Select File > Print Preview Calls
