Unable To Move Users With An Apostrophe In Their Username (Doc ID 2378613.1)

We are trying to move users who have an apostrophe (') in their username. But Messaging Server utilities such as rehostuser, imsbackup, imsrestore are not working for these users. Example log snippet for one of these users:

Due to this issue, unable to backup, restore, etc. these users that have an apostrophe in their name.
