Last updated on SEPTEMBER 25, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management - Version 16.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Stock Count result file created in Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (RSIM) when the stock count is authorized contains the incorrect 'stocktake_date' which fails when uploaded to Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Create a stock count for a store on date D1
2. Follow the process of extracting the count, taking the snapshot and uploading the count in SIM
3. On a different date, than D1, authorize the count in SIM
4. SIM generates the result file STK*.DAT which is to be consumed by RMS. This count file does not show the stock take date correctly
