Incorrect StockTake_Date Upon Authorization In Stock Count Result File Exported from SIM and SIOCS (Doc ID 2378692.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 31, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management - Version 16.0 and later
Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service - Version 19.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Stock Count result file created in Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (RSIM) and  Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations  Cloud Service (SIOCS) when the stock count is authorized contains the incorrect 'stocktake_date' which fails when uploaded to Retail Merchandising.

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Create a third party stock count for a store on date D1
2. Follow the process of extracting the count, taking the snapshot and uploading the count.
3. On a different date, than D1, authorize the count in SIM
4. SIM generates the result file STK*.DAT which is to be consumed by the Merchandising system.

The Stock_Take data is mapped to the Stock Count approved date instead of the scheduled date.
