On :ORMB 18.104.22.168.0 version, PY - Payment
Currency conversion does not happen if payments are created through the 'Payment Quick Add' menu
If the payment is created through the 'Payment Quick Add' UI and if payment currency is selected different than the Account currency, then the currency conversion does not happen. The UI gives an error stating that the 'Currency mismatch between Payment and bills.
