BOM Comparison Report Generates Blank PDF File, Export to Excel and System Hangs (Doc ID 2379592.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Not getting the desired output when running the BOM Comparison Report
It generates blank output file when output format is set to PDF.
Report execution progress dialog box keep staying and App server node goes down sometimes when output format is set to EXCEL


Expected Behavior

BOM information to be outputted when running the BOM Comparison Report

Fact

Issue still persists after applying Patch 19148439 - 9.3.3.0.93

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Run BOM Comparison Report
3. Export to pdf
4. Open generated pdf file. Content is blank
5. Run BOM Comparison Report
6. Export to Excel, and never completes
