Symptoms

During execution of RDC 5.2 Installation Verification Test following below section

30.2 Verify CRF Report and History
6. Click on the Generate CRF Report icon on the Data Entry toolbar. The icon is animated while the report is in progress.
7. Once report generation is complete, a new icon is shown to the right. Click this icon to download the report.
8. Verify the report downloaded successfully.
9. Close the report.

Result: Following error is shown in RDC when Generating CRF Report :


PDR ends in failure. There are no errors in log file. PDF files are generated in output directory.
