Rolling-Snoop.Sh: Ctime Variable Gets Wrong Value Because of Wrong Sed Syntax (Doc ID 2379704.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications - Convergent Charging Controller (OC-3C)  6.0.1 version, old trace files created by rolling snoop scripts are not cleanup even they are older than the time configured.

When a file is older than the time configured for how much history of trace files to keep, it should be removed by rolling snoop scripts.

In time this may lead to outages caused by filesystem running out of free space.
