Unable To Export Month Usage To Excel When SPI is 15 minutes (Doc ID 2379714.1)

Symptoms


Export to excel when the date duration is a week (plus or minus a week).   Then try to export to excel a bill period usage (usually a month duration). A pop up errors occurs.

Input request field Start Quantity has an invalid value.

 Invalid numeric value 6.0E-6.'>

 

It was noticed that times list EST and DST but have been able to export during the time zone crossover as long as it’s a short date range. 


STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Identify an interval MC with SPI of 15 minutes. Ensure that the MC has a month’s worth of measurements.

2. Navigate to the MC 360 Portal

3. On the Final Values Overlay zone

a. Click on Select Function dropdown

b. Select Export To Excel

c. Enter a month worth of consumption to export

4. Verify that this action takes time before the CSV file is exported
