RPAS: Warning in Configuration Tools Task List cannot be Cleared "Contains Rule Groups with warnings" (Doc ID 2379838.1)

Symptoms

In the Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Configuration Tools Task List there are Warnings that are removed (Remove All Warnings), the configuration is saved and closed and upon reopening the configuration the Warnings display again.  However the RuleSet referenced in the warning does not exist.   What is the meaning of the warning and how can they be removed permanently?

 

Steps to Reproduce

1.  Open the attached config.
Note the Warnings are: 
RuleSet: IP1     Contains Rule Groups with warnings
RuleSet: IP2     Contains Rule Groups with warnings
RuleSet: IP3     Contains Rule Groups with warnings
However these RuleSets do not exist in the configuration.
2.  Clear the Task List (Remove all Warnings)
3.  Save the config
4.  Close the config
5.  Open the config.  The Warnings are displayed in the Task List.
