How to Display 20+ Records in Error Status in Payment Upload Staging Portal

ORMB v184.108.40.206.0 against FW v220.127.116.11, when searching for records in error status in the Payment Upload Staging Search window, one specific record is not displayed and is throwing the following error:
The Server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed Please try again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Payment Staging Upload via Main Menu > Financial.
2. Select 'Error' from 'Pay Tender Staging Status' drop down field.
3. Search and double click on the record to open.
4. It gives error message for one record.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the affected record in Payment Upload Staging UI.
