How to Display 20+ Records in Error Status in Payment Upload Staging Portal (Doc ID 2379940.1)

ORMB v2. against FW v4.2.0.2, when searching for records in error status in the Payment Upload Staging Search window, one specific record is not displayed and is throwing the following error:

The Server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed Please try again.

(web.dataservlet.PageRead) Unexpected error.
The following stacked messages were reported as the LoggedException was rethrown: Exception occurred calling serviceName: CILPPTSP$1.execute( Caught exception from SessionExecutable.execute() Rollback: Read failed An exception occurred calling cobol program CIPPPTSP An exception has occurred calling the remote JVM An exception occurred invoking remote command.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Payment Staging Upload via Main Menu > Financial.
2. Select 'Error' from 'Pay Tender Staging Status' drop down field.
3. Search and double click on the record to open.
4. It gives error message for one record.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the affected record in Payment Upload Staging UI.
