ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicate events are being created for the same period for some cycle forward products. The duplicate events -
-- have no balance impact
-- are not linked to an /item
-- have no invoice data
Note: This happens when there are some real time discounts on a cycle_forward event type.
