"Export is Incomplete Due to Error" While Invoking RMS Transfer Export And Item Export To Excel (Doc ID 2380264.1)

RMS Transfer export to Excel and Item export to Excel both are getting an error "Export is incomplete due to error."

Steps To Recreate:
1. Navigate to Manage Transfers, Click Search it brings back all transfers, click export to Excel and receive error.
2. Navigate to Manage items, click search, it brings back results, click export to Excel and receive error.
