Goal

Q1:   After adding two new processes dm_online and cm_online in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) instances, while running the Auto Discovery from Oracle Enterprise Management (OEM), it is not picking up these two processes but all other processes.

         Below steps have been followed:
From Oracle Enterprise Management page, click on Setup -> Add Targets -> Add Targets Manually -> Add Using Guided Process -> Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management Discovery.

What configuration changes needed to achieve the above?

Q2:  How to rename the BRM targets in OEM?

From Oracle Enterprise Management, after discovering below processes, these processes can not be renamed:
        CM_ONLINE_40110
        DM_ONLINE_40120
        CM_ONLINE_40210
        DM_ONLINE_40220

While renaming the target with the below command:

        emcli rename_target -target_type="orclocom_brm_cm" -target_name="CM_ONLINE_40110" -new_target_name="cm_online_pin01"

It throws the below error messages:

Rename not supported for given Target Type.

An error occurred. Contact Oracle Support with these files:
        <EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/access.log
        <EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/<SERVER_NAME>-diagnostic.log
        <EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/em/<OMS_NAME>/sysman/log/emoms.trc

        java.lang.NullPointerException
