Odd or Invalid Characters Displaying when Viewing Tasks in the Unifier Mobile Application

When accessing a Unifier environment with the Unifier Android Application, the user sees some odd characters being displayed when viewing the text in a Task.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Using an Android Device, access the Unifier environment.
- After the environment loads, click on Tasks > Select any Task and view the text.
- Observe characters being displayed in the Task text that are not valid language characters.
