Application Prompts for Manager Override Credentials Again Upon Pressing "Esc/Undo" Button to Go Back to the Previous Screen (Doc ID 2380916.1)

When a Cashier who do not have "Return" privileges enters the Return section after Manager Override, application prompts for Manager Override again upon pressing "Esc/Undo" button.

Steps to Reproduce:


Cashier role does not have "Return" privileges.
Manager Override security access is setup for Administrator role for the "Return" operation.

1. Perform a Sale transaction (Item:4321) as Cashier ("ABC").
2. Click on F2 or Return.
3. System asks for Manager override. - Enter Manager("XYZ") credentials.
4. Scan Receipt from Step 1.
5. Click "F2 Tran. Details ", click on the item:4321 to return.
6. Click on Esc.
7. Notice that System is again prompting for manager override.

Security Access Notice

You do not have security access to Return.
Do you want to get a Manager Override?

Press Yes to get a Manager Override.
Press No to return to the previous screen.
