Historical Data Has Been Deleted After STAR Schema Upgrade

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading the Data Warehouse STAR schema the historical data has been deleted.
The historical data to be available after the STAR schema upgrade.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the upgrade STAR script.
2. Observe the process fails at an early step.
3. Address the reason that the process failed.
4. Execute the upgrade STAR script again.
