After Applying Agile 9.3.6 RUP4 (9.3.6.4) - PX/Event Throwing Error While Reading Excel File (Doc ID 2381742.1)

Goal

Actual Behavior
After applying Agile 9.3.6 RUP4 (9.3.6.4) , when attempting to run Event PX the following error occurs.

Error
eList: Automation PX: org/apache/commons/collections4/ListValuedMap

also below Class not found Exception may also be observed.

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.apache.commons.collections4.multimap.ArrayListValuedHashMap.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Agile 9.3.6 RUP4 (9.3.6.4)
2. Run Event PX
