Workaround: E2B (R3) ACK Issue with Milliseconds (Doc ID 2381817.1)

Symptoms

During E2B(R3) testing with the European Medicines Agency (EMA), an issue was observed that Acknowledgement received for E2B(R3) XML was not associated with the ICSR message that was sent, due to the presence of Milliseconds for few elements within Acknowledgement file.

e.g. Below warning occurs

System Error has occurred in E2bReceive.ExtractXML_Header Fn, Error#: 5,Desc.: Contact your system administrator,Source: Relsys.Persistence.DataAccess


This document provides a solution by ignoring the millisecond data on Import.
