Symptoms

SCADA momentary outages are coming from a Live Data interface to Oracle Network Management System (NMS).  These come in with a status of M-CMP since they are automatically completed based on the setting for the srs rule momentaryAutocomplete.  In some cases, the operator will want to adjust the begin or start times from Event Details.  When they go to save the update, they are forced to fill in the Remedy and Failure options on the Completion Tab.  Since this is a momentary event, this information is not generally known to the operator and should not need to be filled in.

Expect that the operator would be able to update the event times in Event Details without having to add any further details.
