Trainer Role is not Visible in "User Type Memberships" Panel of the Configuration Assistant's User Administration Tab (Doc ID 2382536.1)

Symptoms

The 'Trainer' role is not listed under Web Workspace in the User Administration's tab in Config Assistant:

Even if a user is assigned 'Trainer' in the database ( in ENV_ACCESS ), it does not get listed when the user attempts to log in to Web Workspace


The 'Trainer' role should be visible in the Configuration Assistant. The 'Trainer' role should be visible when logging in to Web Workspace
