A Scheduled User-Defined Report (UDR) Is Not Running as Expected (Doc ID 2383354.1)

Last updated on JULY 19, 2024

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier - Version 21.12 and later
Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 21.12 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

A User-Defined Report (UDR) has been created and scheduled to run on a regular basis; however upon checking the report it can be seen that the last "Run Date" field is not reflecting that the UDR was run as expected, and there are no errors in the Primavera Unifier logs to indicate a failure.  Other scheduled UDR Reports and jobs are running without any problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Navigate to the UDR in the Project/Shell Location.
  2. Select the UDR > In the right pane click on the "Schedule" tab > Check the "Enable Scheduled Reports Run" box to set it > Set the remaining details of the scheduled report (such as Format, Frequency, Recurrence, etc.)
  3. Save the UDR schedule changes.
  4. After the UDR is scheduled to have been run, with the UDR selected, click on the "Saved Results" tab > Note that the last "Run Date" does not display the date it had been scheduled to run and there is no new occurrence.
