A Scheduled User-Defined Report (UDR) Is Not Running as Expected (Doc ID 2383354.1)

Symptoms

A User-Defined Report (UDR) has been created and scheduled to run on a regular basis; however upon checking the report it can be seen that the Last Run Date field is not reflecting that the UDR was run, and there are no errors in the Primavera Unifier logs.  Other scheduled UDR Reports and jobs are running without an issue.
