In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.1.3, While running the Salesprocess.ksh it fails with error

Unhandled oracle connection error message passed as parameter to PROCESS_SALES.

Steps To Reproduce :

  1. Load sales data into RMS but before running the salesprocess.ksh modify the connection string, to force an ORA error.
  2. Notice that words that make up the ora error message are being used as $1/$2 parameters (instead of the process/chunk_id) in the call to the process sales function. This leads the process to abort and logs syntax errors in the error log.
