On : 17.12.0.0 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When checking the status of a Gateway job it shows a status of "running", "in progress", "new", or "never run" even though the job was submitted hours or days prior.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the job to complete successfully or fail with error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot complete some jobs using Primavera Gateway.
