ERROR : TN Is Not The Current Telephone Number In Telephone Number Inventory

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users have been encountering this error in MSS while creating a PORT OUT order using the MSS CreateOrder XML API.
NOTE that the error is seen when the highest TN suffix is in "Unavailable " status
The process includes:
1-Disconnecting a TN on one Order
2-Create New Customer-Account to which the TN has to be Ported Out
3-Create a new Order Re-connecting the TN.
