Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.18.0 version, General Ledger (GL),

When the user is executing pin ledger report, it is getting errored out abnormally.

Command used:

nohup pin_ledger_report -mode export -segment .36810 -skip_export_file_creation -verbose &

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

nohup pin_ledger_report -mode export -segment .36810 -skip_export_file_creation -verbose &

BUSINESS IMPACT
