No Free Partitions Available When Trying To Run Plan In 24x7 ATP Mode (Doc ID 2384009.1)

Goal

On Any release:

We are running 24/7 ATP and targeted collection.
"Launch Supply Chain Planning Process" is completed with Error.

Log file says "ORA-20001: No Free partitions available. Contact DBA to create partitions."

STEPS:
1. Based on Metalink search i have run the "Create APS Partitions" with 1.
2. After completing this program "Launch Supply Chain Planning Process" is completed normal.
3. Next plan run gets the same error again
