Multiple Users Using RMS Application Causes Java.lang.NullPointerException Error

Symptoms

In RMS 16.0.1, Users are encountering null pointer exception error while creating or managing an item.

Error: java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.retail.apps.rms.foundation.item.view.itemsetup.supplier.bean.MaintainItemSuppsAccessControlBean.isVisibile(MaintainItemSuppsAccessControlBean.java:33)

Steps to reproduce:

1) Login to RMS with multiple users (minimum 30 users).
2) Create an item or open an existing item in edit mode.
3) Note the java.lang.NullPointerException in various screens such as Item Master, Item Supplier, Item Supplier Country screen.
