The Same Record Shows Different Status Between Unifier Android Mobile App And Unifier (Doc ID 2384279.1)

The same Business Process (BP) record shows different a different Status between the Unifier Android mobile app and the Unifier web UI.

Unifier Android mobile app should show the same Status as the one in the Unifier web UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier Android mobile app
  2. Go to the BP tile on Home page
  3. Notice record Status is X (e.g., In_Progress)
  4. Login to Unifier web UI
  5. Check the same BP record, notice record Status is Y (e.g. Completed)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can not perform normal operation using Unifier mobile app.
