Unifier Android Mobile App Hangs at First Login; at Second Login the Same Record Is Displayed Multiple Times in an Endless Loop When Opening a New BP (Doc ID 2384283.1)

Unifier Android mobile app hangs when first logging in. It shows the same Business Process (BP) record multiple times in a loop when opening the new BP after logging in again.


The app should allow a normal login every time, and display the expected BP records.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier Android mobile app (version
  2. The app hangs.
  3. Login to Unifier mobile app again and open the BP.
  4. The same BP records shows up multiple times in a loop
