Symptoms
A manual migration was missed in the release for 2.3.0.2.0 that will cause the java configuration build (nms-install-config --java) to fail.
Can't build OPAL java configuration after updating the NMS application
After updating an existing NMS system, the build of the .ear files is failing when running nms-install-config --java. It fails with this error being listed in the ant_build.log

[exec] jarsigner error: java.lang.RuntimeException: keystore load: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install NMS 2.3.0.2 or higher
2. Run nms-install-config --java
3. Review the ant_build.log after you see that the build has failed.
Changes
Will occur to any system being updated to 2.3.0.2.0.
