Store Inventory Management(SIM) Tolerance Option Screen Throws Severe System Error/Invalid Column Index

In SIM , the following error is presented to the user when a topic is selected.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into SIM.
2. Navigate to Admin > Setup > Tolerances.
3. Select Topic as “Ad Hoc Stock Count” or “Customer order pricing”.
4. Observe that severe system error is displayed.
