Incorrect Pickup Date Calculation for Franchise Generated Purchase Orders

Incorrect Pickup date calculation for franchise generated Purchase Orders (PO).
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create an item by setting LEAD_TIME = 10 days , PICKUP_LEAD_TIME = 40.
2. Create manually franchise order using item from step 1.
3. Create and approve an order.
4. Check the created PO and notice that pick up date is incorrect.
