Gateway Monitoring Shows Incorrect Start and End Time Of The Synchronizations (Doc ID 2384896.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Start Time and End Time fields show incorrect timestamps in the Monitoring page in Primavera Gateway.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Date/Time fields to display the correct timestamps even if the timezones between the application server and client are different.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run Gateway synchronization.
2. Navigate to the Monitoring screen and notice the Start/End Time of Gateway synchronization are incorrect.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot know the correct the Date/Time of the Start and End of the synchronizations.
