Deployment Fails For Custom Fulfillment Patterns During Upgrade (Doc ID 2384903.1)

On : 7.3.5.0.0 version of OSM, Deployment Tool

Deployment Fails for custom Fulfillment Patterns during Upgrade

After importing custom fulfillment pattern cartridge (Created for version 7.2.4), although the Build completes successfully, the deployment fails.

ERROR
-----------------------

The Deployment fails with the following error:

Exception during cartridge deploymentorg.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 9; columnNumber: 70; Error attempting to parse XML file (href='model/XXXX_OSM_O2A_COM_ProductSpecification.xml').



REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) On Design Studio 7.3.5, import the O2A cartridges for 2.1.0.2.
2) Upgrade the O2A cartridges to be compatible with 7.3.5.(https://docs.oracle.com/communications/E79201_01/doc.735/e79205/ins_aiacart_update.htm#OSMIG652).
3) Import the custom cartridge, upgrade it to 7.3.5. Add the dependency to the Composite cartridge.(https://docs.oracle.com/communications/E79201_01/doc.735/e79205/ins_upgrade.htm#OSMIG640)
4) Clean and build the workspace.
5) Deploy the cartridges onto the environment.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The Business is unable to proceed with the upgrade.
