Is it Possible to Alter Session by Changing "CURSOR_SHARING" to "FORCE" at the Start of FTP Process Execution?

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Goal

Since there is requirement which does not allow to permanently keep the value to 'FORCE', is there a way to change the value of CURSOR_SHARING to 'FORCE' only for the session of the FTP process (i.e. alter session at the beginning of FTP process)?

It has been noticed that the FTP processes run much faster if the database CURSOR_SHARING parameter is set to 'FORCE', instead of the default value, i.e. 'EXACT'.
