When attempting to click "Download Installer" in the "Download Manager" window, to download the P6 Professional media files from https://edelivery.oracle.com, the following "Akamai NetSession Interface" error occurs:
Failed to install client. Platform-specific Failure.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access https://edelivery.oracle.com and select a media package for download.
2. Click "Download"
3. Within the "Download Manager", click "Download the Installer"
4. Observe the "Akamai NetSession Interface" pop-up fails with the reported error.
