OPM Client Hub Login Issue

On : 12.2.9 version, Oracle Policy Automation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OPM client Hub Login issue

Unable to login through OPA Hub using OPM 17D with an OPA 17D install. Can login through a web browser, but just not specifically through a OPM Client. No traffic or activity on the access.logs or opahub cloud logs.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Log into OPA Hub successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

When attempting to login through OPM it recognizes when an incorrect password is entered, but when a correct password is enter the screen is refreshed back into the login prompt. Does not work on http or https.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in thru the client but can log in thru the browser
