How to configure SSL Certificate Keystore in CC&B 2.6.0.1.0?

In 2.6.0.0.0, SSL Certificate Keystore can be configured in Menu Block 6. (see page 4-11 of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Installation Guide Release 2.6.0.0.0 E86259-01). This is not available in 2.6.0.1.0 anymore.

Since there is no configuration menu, there is no information about SSL Certificate Keystore in ENVIRON.INI.

When we execute perl demo_gen_cert.plx (see page 7-4 of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Installation Guide Release 2.6.0.1.0 E91942-01), we got this error: Error: This script is enable only if Certificate Keystore Type is DEMO.
