Stuck Threads on Rjvm And Request Processing Stopped (Doc ID 2385367.1)

Oracle Communications WebRTC Session Controller - Version 7.2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On a 2 node cluster, WebRTC 7.2.0.2 release, with WebLogic Server Patch Set Update (WLS PSU) 12.1.3.0.180116 installed.

It's found that WLS server hung and further request processing stopped. Found following stuck threads in engine log.

The same issue is seen on WLS PSU 12.1.3.0.180417.
