Clinical Data Model Install Hung On STEP 5 : INSTALLING THE WORK AREA (Doc ID 2385657.1)

DMW- Installation is hung for Clinical Data Model.

Even after 9 hours of execution the Full Install job is still not completed. How can it be cancelled or its execution be completed?

The last two lines in job log read:

08-Apr-2018 03:02:29 AM- ************** STEP 5 : INSTALLING THE WORK AREA ***********************
08-Apr-2018 03:02:29 AM- CALLING INSTALL API <==== Hanging here

As a alternative solution, customer created a new Data Model from scratch with same information and tried to do Full Install on new model, but it is hanging too.

Per Database alert log there are timeouts around the time of the hanging job:
